Pertinent Notes
All E&SPC plans are reviewed in order of receipt and within DEP's Money-Back Review Plan Policy. To expedite the E&SPC plan process, please use design calculations on standard worksheets from the DEP E&SPC Program Manual (April 2000). The Somerset Conservation District encourages individual meetings with the E&SPC Technician, at no additional charge, to discuss applications and the DEP rules and regulations prior to the formal submission of an application. Appointments are preferred and can be made by calling 814-445-4652 ext. 120.
To avoid a possible delay, please make the respective checks payable to the proper account.
